In as much as the purpose of the Congregation is to promote Jewish life in our community, the values of the Congregation are reflected by our goals, namely to:

• Promote the principles of Conservative Judaism through practice and observance.

• Sustain a place to worship, learn, study and be part of the Jewish community.

• Create opportunity for members to experience religious, spiritual, educational and social aspects of tradition.

• Strengthen Jewish identity by providing opportunities for participation in life cycle events, ritual practice and community involvement.

• Create a balance between strict religious standards while welcoming, including, and understanding each individual’s personal observance, respecting the integrity and diversity of Conservative practice.

• Provide an environment that is welcoming and respectful of the community.
