Holidays & Festivals

Dine in our sukkah. Dance on Simchat Torah. Light menorahs. Laugh at our Purim spiel. Join us for Passover Seder. Learn on Shavuot. Holidays at Congregation B’nai Israel are marked with worship and celebration, bringing together our CBI family. We hope you will join us in celebrating throughout the year!

CBI has a unique way of making the holidays meaningful and fun for all ages. Holidays are not just celebrations of our Jewish heritage, they are opportunities for us to come together, inside and outside the sanctuary.

Like our Shabbat services, our holiday and festival services are inspirational and dynamic. Our clergy blends the traditional with the contemporary, balances Hebrew with English, and infuses our prayer with song. Often times our services are intergenerational, but often we also feature special holiday experiences for families.
