Our New Rabbi!

Dear CBI Community,

I am thrilled to announce that Rabbi Ari Isenberg has accepted our offer to be CBI’s next congregational rabbi. Rabbi Isenberg impressed the Rabbinic Search Committee, the Board of Trustees and the congregation at large with his warm spirituality, his teaching of Torah, his love of Israel and his passion for transmitting the joy of Judaism from generation to generation. It was truly wonderful to have him sharing the pulpit with Cantor Wallach and gave us a window into what our future holds. Rabbi Isenberg and his wife Gila will be joining our kehila kadosha, our holy community, on August 1st of this year.

On behalf of the entire congregation, I would like to extend a heartfelt thank you and Mazel Tov to our Rabbinic Search Committee who has worked tirelessly over this extended search period. Your efforts are appreciated by us all; the rewards for those efforts are celebrated by us all.

Through the end of July, we will continue to enjoy the rabbinic leadership of Rabbi Paul Resnick who has added immeasurably during this year of transition and has pioneered important new programs and initiatives for our congregation.

May we go together from strength to strength!
